Why this books is life-changing:

I learned about what an OBE (out of body experience and astral projection) is from the original modern practitioner. 

Learned how to do it successfully. 

Confirmed belief in life after death.

Mapped out a view of the spacial universe.

He also founded an institution where one can go, take classes, and learn about OBEs. 

This book dovetails nicely with Journey of Souls, filling in world-building of life after death and between lives, and the accounts in that book which show some possibilities. They work to confirm each other’ stories, which is very cool.

Also shows the after life ideas that are “heaven” and why different people’s differ.

Also explains what the different kinds of dreams are, those in a bubble reality vs not. Those at different places in the universe coming and going from this physical realm.
