Location: Dlawn'Edo

The Meruyan Capital city.

The seat of the Meruyan Council, built on a giant waterfall in the mountains, at a river basin. Originally founded as a monastery by early Meruyan who wished to study in solitude, it was eventually made popular by the Warix, who demanded to establish a Meruyan government. Evolved from them and their families into the largest Meruyan city above water.

The city has an underwater habitation component in the lake, and others live on Crescent island, with a great view of the grand waterfall.
